Dr. Charles E. Bailey founded GIST to promote and support scientific innovation that increases humane interactions in today’s world. We have a strong interest in accuracy based reasoning applied to human behavior, including relationships, business, education, politics and scientific research. We seek opportunities to create and fund scientific initiatives in publishing, research, education, and society.
